미숙 신생아의 영양, Nutrition for premature infants

이미 미숙 신생아에게 엄마의 젖을 먹이는 방법, 인공영양을 먹이는 방법에 관해서 설명했다. 만삭에 태어난 건강한 신생아들이나 임신 37주 전 태어난 큰 미숙 신생아들, 저체중 신생아들이 필요로 하는 탄수화물, 지방질, 단백질, 수분, 미네랄, 비타민 A, B, C, D 등 비타민, 미네랄, 성장 발육에 필요한 모든 영양분과 에너지가 모유와 인공영양 속에 적절히 충분히 들어 있다. 인공영양의 일정한 양에서 생성되는 칼로리 양에 따른 인공영양의 종류에 따라 인공영양을 먹는 만삭에 태어난 신생아, 저체중 신생아들이나 미숙아들에게는 비타민 등 다른 영양분을 가외로 더 먹일 필요가 없다.
균형 잡힌 음식물을 충분히 섭취하는 엄마의 젖을 먹는 만삭 신생아에게는 종합비타민과 철분제를 따로 더 먹일 필요는 없다.
미숙아들에게는 의사의 처방에 따라 종합비타민제과 철분제를 가외로 따로 더 먹일 수도 있다.
가능한 한 초유를 꼭 먹이고 모유를 아기에게 수유해서 아기를 키우는 것이 좋다.

Healthy newborns born at full term, large immature newborns born 37 weeks before pregnancy, and underweight newborns need carbohydrates, fats, proteins, moisture, minerals, vitamins A, B, C, D, etc.

According to the type of artificial nutrition according to the amount of calories produced from a certain amount of artificial nutrition, newborns born at full term, underweight newborns, and premature babies who eat artificial nutrition do not need to additionally feed other nutrients such as vitamins.
It is not necessary to take additional multivitamins and iron supplements for full-term newborns who are breastfed by a mother who consumes enough balanced foods. Premature babies may be given additional multivitamins and iron supplements according to the doctor’s prescription.
It’s a good idea to feed your baby with colostrum as much as possible and breastfeed your baby to raise your baby.
