신생아의 맥박, Pulse of newborn infants

신생아의 손목에 있는 요골 동맥에서 맥박을 재면 맥박이 미약해서 거기서 맥박을 재기가 쉽지 않다.
간호사들이나 의사들도 신생아들의 손목에서 맥박을 짚어 재기가 힘들다.
그래서 신생아들의 손목에 있는 요골 동맥에서 맥박을 재는 대신 신생아들의 심장 박동을 청진기로 직접 듣고 심장 박동 수를 재는 때가 대부분이다.
신생아들이나 영아들은 하찮은 일로 잘 놀래기도 하고 흥분되고 울 수 있다.
이 때 심장이 상당히 빨리 박동 될 수 있다.
때로는 신생아들의 맥박 수(심박 수)가 1분에 200번이나 그 이상 될 수도 있다가 곧 정상 맥박수로 내려갈 수 있다.
신생아들이나 영유아들의 심장 박동 수가 얼마니 되는지 알아보기 위해 맥박의 수를 잴 때는 어느 때든지 수시로 잴 수 있다.
그러나 가능한 한 잠자는 동안 여러 번 잰 평균 맥박 수가 그 아기의 실제 맥박 수이다.
갓 태어난 신생아의 1분당 정상 맥박 수는 1백번 정도이다.

Pulse of newborn infants 신생아의 맥박

If the pulse is measured in the radial artery in the newborn’s wrist, the pulse rate is weak and it is not easy to measure the pulse there.
It is difficult for nurses and doctors to measure the pulses on newborns’ wrists. So, instead of measuring the pulse at the radial artery in the wrist of newborns, most of the time, they listen directly to the newborn’s heart rate with a stethoscope and measure the heart rate.
Newborns and infants can be amazed, excited, and weeping with trivial things. At this point, the heart can beat fairly quickly.
Sometimes the newborn’s pulse rate (heart rate) can be 200 or more per minute, and then the normal pulse rate can go down soon.
You can measure the number of pulses at any time to find out what your newborn or infant’s heart rate is.
However, if possible, the average number of pulses taken several times while sleeping is the baby’s actual pulse rate.
