신생아의 울음, Crying in newborn infants

신생아가 조금만 울어도 엄마들이 당황한다.
특히 첫 아기를 가진 초보 엄마들은 더 그렇다.
신생아가 울 때마다 걱정하고 관심을 갖고 보살피는 것은 당연하다.
그렇지만 운다고 해서 항상 당황하고 걱정할 필요는 없다.
신생아들은 다음과 같이 여러 가지 이유로 운다.

- 아기의 울음은 아기의 언어이다. 큰아이들이나 우리 성인들이 말을 할 때 눈에서 눈물이 나오지 않는 것처럼 신생아들이나 1∼3개월 된 영아들이 울 때, 즉 그들은 울음 말로 무엇을 표현하려고 울 때는 눈물이 눈에서 나오지 않는 것을 볼 수 있다. 즉 아기들이 자기의 의사를 표현할 때 울음이란 말로 표현하는 것이다.
- 기저귀가 젖어 불편할 때 기저귀를 갈아 달라고 울 수 있다.
- 위장관 속에 가스가 차서 배가 아플 때,
- 영아 산통으로 배가 아플 때,
- 목이 말라 물을 먹고 싶을 때,
- 배가 고프거나 어디가 아플 때 신생아들은 크게 소리 내어 울어 자기를 도와달라고 울음이란 말로 표현한다.
- 또 자기에게 생긴 불편 불안한 점을 엄마아빠에게 알리기 위해 신생아들은 운다.
- 춥다든지, 덥다든지, 너무 불편할 때
- 적게 먹어 배가 고프면 울 수 있다.
- 사랑이 더 필요할 때,
- 혼자 있기 싫을 때
- 두려워 할 때,
- 외로울 때
- 잠투정을 할 때도 울 수 있다.
- 그 외 다른 여러 가지 이유로 울 수 있다.

엄마 아빠보고 더 사랑해 달라고 운다.
사랑해 달라고 말로 표현하는 대신 신생아들은 그냥 울음 말로 표현한다.
그들은 울음 말 말고, 몸짓 말로도 엄마 아빠와 대화를 많이 한다.
점점 더 커 가면서 신생아들은 다른 여러 가지 이유로 울 수 있다.
우는 이유에 따라 신생아의 울음소리의 음색에 차이가 있다.
초보 엄마아빠는 자기 신생아 자녀의 울음소리의 음색과 몸짓 말에 곧 익숙해지는 것이 보통이다. 대부분의 엄마 아빠들은 신생아가 울 때 그 울음소리의 음색과 음량 또 몸짓 말에 따라 아기가 아파서 우는지, 배가 고파서 우는지, 사랑해 달라고 우는지, 또는 다른 이유로 우는지 어느 정도 잘 분별할 수 있게 된다.
거기다가 그들이 몸짓 말로 대화를 할 때 그들이 필요한 것이 무엇인지 쉽게 알아차리게 된다.
말을 할 수 있는 큰 아이들이 무엇을 해 달라고 말로 표현하면 부모가 관심을 갖고 들어 주는 것 같이 신생아가 울면 그 우는 이유가 무엇인지, 신생아가 왜 우는지 살펴보고 신생아가 우는 원인을 알아내고 우는 이유에 따라 신생아를 양육해야 한다.

Even if the newborn cries a little, the mothers are embarrassed.
Especially for novice mothers with their first baby.
Whenever a newborn baby cries, it is natural to be concerned, cared for, and cared for. However, she doesn’t always have to panic and worry about crying.

Newborns cry for a number of reasons, including:

A baby’s cry is his language.
Just as older children or adults do not have tears from their eyes when they speak,
when newborns or 1 to 3-month-old infants cry,
that is, when they cry to express something in their crying words,
they can see that tears do not come out of their eyes.
In other words, when babies express their intentions,
They use the word cry.
When the diaper is wet and uncomfortable,
They can cry for a change of diaper.
When the stomach hurts due to gas in the gastrointestinal tract,
When the stomach hurts due to colic in infants,
When you are thirsty and want to drink water,
When they are hungry or in pain somewhere,
Newborns cry out loud and call for help.
In addition, newborns cry to inform their mother and dad of any discomfort and anxiety they have experienced.
When it’s cold, hot, or too uncomfortable.
Eating less can make you cry if you are hungry.
When you need more love,
When your baby won’t want to be alone
When you are afraid,
When your baby is lonely
They can even cry when you’re sleeping.
they can cry for a number of other reasons.

They cry to see my mom and dad and love me more. Instead of saying words to ask for love, newborns simply express them with crying words.

They talk a lot with Mom and Dad not only by crying words but also by body language. As they grow older, newborns can cry for a number of other reasons.

Depending on the reason for crying, there is a difference in the tone of the newborn’s crying sound. Beginning mothers and dads usually get used to the tone and body language of their newborn children’s cries.

Most mothers and fathers are able to discern more or less whether the baby is crying because of sickness, hunger, crying for love, or for other reasons according to the tone and volume of the crying sound and body language of the crying newborn baby.

What’s more, when they communicate with body language, it’s easy to see what they need. As if the parents were interested and listened to when the big children who could speak verbally ask for something to do, when a newborn baby cries, what is the reason for crying, why the newborn baby is crying, and find out the cause of the newborn crying.

The newborn should be reared accordingly.
