지베르 증후군(길버트 증후군)으로 생긴 황달, Gilbert syndrome

지베르 증후군은 만성 비용혈성 무담즙 뇨성 황달이고
글로쿠로나이드 형성 이상으로 생기는 황달이다.
신생아기에 간접형 빌리루빈 농도가 6~20 mg/100cc 정도 증가되는 것이 보통이다.
음식물 섭취가 불충분하거나 감염병이 있으면 간접형 빌리루빈이 더 증가되고 황달이 더 현저하게 나타날 수 있다.
양성 질환이다.
흔한 병은 아니다.
지베르 증후군을 길버트 증후군이라고도 한다.
지베르 증후군으로 생기는 황달은 신생아기 이후에도 생긴다.

병력, 가족력, 증상 징후, 피검사로 진단한다.
빌리루빈 광선치료, 페노바비탈 등 약으로 치료한다.

Jaundice caused by Giver’s syndrome (Gilbert syndrome) 지베르 증후군(길버트 증후군)으로 생긴 황달

Giver’s syndrome is chronic non-bloodless bile urinary jaundice.

It is jaundice caused by abnormal formation of glucuronide.

In the neonatal period, the concentration of indirect bilirubin is usually increased by 6-20 mg/100cc.

Insufficient food intake or infectious disease can lead to an increased increase in indirect bilirubin and more pronounced jaundice.

It is a benign disease.

Not a common disease.

Giver’s syndrome is also known as Gilbert’s syndrome.

Jaundice, caused by Giver’s syndrome, also occurs after the neonatal period.

Diagnostic treatment for jaundice caused by Giver’s syndrome (Gilbert’s syndrome)

Diagnosis is based on medical history, family history, symptoms, and blood tests.

Treated with drugs such as bilirubin phototherapy and phenobarbital.
