탄생치와 신생아 조발 생치, Natal teeth and neonatal teeth

태아에게 한두 개의 이가 날 수 있다.
출생 전 난 이를 탄생 치라고 한다.
갓 태어난 신생아들의 3천 명 중 1명에게 탄생치가 있다.
드물게 생후 1개월 전에 첫 이가 나는 경우도 있다.
이런 치아를 신생아 조발치라고 한다.
이와 같이 비정상적으로 조기에 나는 탄생치나 신생아 조발치는 아래 잇몸에 나는 경우가 더 흔하다.
탄생치를 빼지 않고 그대로 두면 혀를 다칠 수도 있고 젖꼭지를 빨아먹을 때 다소 지장이 생길 수 있다.
탄생치가 갑자기 빠져 기도 속으로 흡인될 가능성도 있다.
X선 사진 검사로 탄생치가 영구치인가 확인한 다음 영구치가 아니고 가외로 난 과잉치(過剩齒)면 치과에서 발치하는 것이 좋다.
신생아 조발치는 관찰치료로 한다.

Natal teeth and neonatal teeth 탄생치와 신생아 조발 생치

The fetus may have one or two teeth.
Before birth, this is called birth tooth(natal tooth).
One in three thousand newborns have a birth natal tooth.
Rarely, the first tooth may occur 1 month before birth.
These teeth are called neonatal teeth for newborns.
These abnormally early birth teeth or premature newborn teeth are more common in the lower gums.
Leaving it without removing the neonatal tooth can hurt his tongue or cause some trouble when he sucks on his mom’s nipples.
There is a possibility that the neonatal tooth will suddenly fall out and be aspirated into the airways.
After confirming that the birth tooth is a permanent tooth by X-ray examination, it is better to extract the tooth at the dentist if it is not a permanent tooth but is an extraordinary excess tooth (過剩齒).
Premature tooth(neonatal tooth) of newborns is observed as an observational treatment.
